Robb and the office staff were a true pleasure to work with. Trusting, professional, thorough, reliable, efficient, and very personable are just a few words to describe them. Robb meticulously inspected the home I was buying and was able to convey all information in way anyone could understand. He made me feel at ease with the process and made sure I understood everything. I would like to share my experience with HomeMD Inspection Services. First off, I'm grateful that their contact information was passed on to me. My husband and I put in an offer from Colorado on a house in Louisville, KY. We were nervous about the long distance and not physically seeing the house in Louisville. I wanted to tell you about my incredibly great experience with Mark yesterday. To say he knows his stuff is an understatement. He arrived at the house early, took his time and let me know what the approximate inspection time would take. After he was finished, he gave me a very detailed tour pointing out minor and major things about the house. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! That is the best way to describe EVERYTHING about Home MD Inspection Services! From the time of my request to the report, the process was flawless. It is my understanding they are wanting to expand their services outside the Louisville area to now include the Elizabethtown area which is where they performed my inspection.
