Robb did our inspection on a lake house purchase. Very thorough and complete. A nice detailed summary of findings and recommendations to help navigate any future concerns or maintenance issues. Truly felt like Robb inspected the house as if it were his own. Appreciate the time he spent with us.

Robb is a wonderful asset to have when purchasing a home. He’s professional, very knowledgeable, articulate, and very patient with this buyer who had many, many questions. My expertise lies elsewhere. He was able to explain things to me intelligently and clearly; I felt I had a good understanding of the issues at hand, although electrical, plumbing, and structural issues are by no means my forte. I would highly recommend.

Robb done a professional job. Everyone I had contact with were also professional in their handling of the home inspection. I would recommend HomeMD inspection company to anyone.
I had an inspection done by Home MD and the Manager/Owner was very rude when his receptionist had given me a quote for lower than what he thought and he had to honor it and took it out on me. Extremely unprofessional when I called to schedule he took his frustration of his employees quote out on me. They also did a terrible inspection the attic was full of mold, there was a busted pipe that they should've caught especially since they required the water on for inspection and they also did not have a roof leak in the report.
