The wood grain pvc is extremely well made. After almost 10 years some of the planks were starting to fade. Homeland took care of the issue. A seamless process. William the company rep was informative , knowledgeable and super easy to deal with. The company has great people to deal with as well as an excellent product. Very pleased!
I purchased a large quantity of Homeland Vinyl Products fencing over seven years ago. We had a warranty issue with some of the fence section panels, and I am completely blown away by how this company stood behind their product. Especially after all this time. They even provided a Goodwill Adjustment for my warranty claim that they absolutely were not required to do. It’s good to see there still are solid American companies willing to support their customers and stand behind their product.
Had an issue with the sun bleaching out my decking material. Worked them on my lifetime warranty claim. Very professional and timely in all responses and resolution. Extremely happy with results!
