Best fried chicken in town (a million times better than ChickfilA or Buxton Hall). Tasty, fresh sides and a cozy, local atmosphere. Awesome staff and quick service. We will continue to come back!
Kale and mushrooms don't belong in a "burrito" they belong in a "wrap". This was my favorite place in Asheville until I ate that. Idk what they were thinking.
Hard to understand its high overall review rating. My wife and I stopped in a couple days ago for breakfast, the place was packed which is usually a good sign, but we soon started wondering why. Floors were dirty and slippery, had to walk like I was on ice so I wouldn't fall on my ass. Food was mediocre at best. Fries had a lot of black spots on them, I kept having to break them in half so I wouldn't eat the black parts. I get the same thing, every time I eat here. Fried chicken with mushroom gravy. Seriously...absolutely scrumptious..
This place is awesome. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted something farm to table. I had the local burger, mashed potatoes and banana pudding. Soooooo delicious. The staff was wonderful. If you're in the area, stop by. You won't be disappointed.
