Fabulous!! I had - Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich was phenomenal!! The tomato basil soup is the best I’ve ever had!! Hubby had - potato soup - Phenomenal!! The falentil wrap was wow really great!! This will be a place we come back to when visiting Asheville!!
A friend and I visited yesterday and the pulled pork tacos were AMAZING!! My friend had the chicken pasta and she was equally happy with her dish. They were quite busy but that didn’t deter the staff from being super sweet and attentive! Outdoor seating is my favorite, and their area for it was wonderful!! Thanks so much guys!
My sisters and I travelled from Atlanta and absolutely loved this place. We wanted good food, at a great price point, in a friendly environment. Luckily HomeGrown met all of our wants and needs. The restaurant has a small town feel with a heart of gold. Please try the fried catfish & collard greens w/ a biscuit and jam. So delicious and meticulously prepared. We’ll be back!!!
I loved my veggie platter but my husband hated the fried catfish and sweet tea.
My boyfriend and I ordered the buttermilk chicken with two sides and the mushroom gravy with mashed potatoes was AMAZING ! Will go again and I enjoyed the herbal tea. I was skeptical but my mind was blown. Con- parking is small
