We moved in 2 years ago and it’s been never ending problems. Also problems that HBC refuse to fix. The quality and finish of the house is appalling and it shows when after 2 years we have leaking windows, water damage in the walls, flooring swelling and lifting, the list goes on… will never build again
My wife and I started looking for established houses in Wollert and didn't have any luck. Then we found Homebuyers Centre. Right from the start Steven was great. He arranged a virtual meeting (at our request) to discuss the company and the products that were on offer. He was honest with us and understood our needs. We decided to meet him and conduct the PWC. Horrible experience with HBC as echoed online by many others. Beware the 5 star reviews here that are from prior to construction - after sales and pre-construction HBC was/maybe still is offering payment for reviews before completion of contract. Yet only after sales will the many possible construction faults and poor quality works be given the chance to come to light. Clever, cunning, and devious marketing.
