I contacted their live chat support to ask for the base price of a house design I was interested in. Instead of providing any information, I was pressured to give my full name, phone number, and email to schedule a sales call. When I declined and continued to ask for just the pricing, the representative, Dmitri, ended the chat without answering my question. A very disappointing experience.
