We first visited a Homebuyers Centre display home out of curiosity and were really impressed. Our consultant, Kanika Seth, has been amazing throughout — always clear in her communication, keeping us updated (even about delays), and guiding us patiently through the selection process. It’s made the whole journey feel much easier and more reassuring.

Bought a house and land package from Kanika Seth at Homebuyers in Woodlea. Kanika was very helpful and assisted us through the different packages available to us. She was very welcoming and we enjoyed conversing with her. Kanika is definitely very passionate about the industry and definitely looked after us. I had a positive start with Homebuyers Centre — special mention to Stefan, who was excellent during the initial sales phase. Unfortunately, the pre-construction process since land title has been extremely disappointing. It has now been 5 months since title, yet we are still not at construction stage. Our Developer approval was delayed multiple times, largely due to slow action and poor communication. A simple resubmission took over 2.5 months.
