I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa & Olivia - the incredible women who saved my dress for my sister in law’s wedding! My zipper broke and they not only sewed me into the dress, they also drove me to the wedding 20 minutes away! Beyond excellent customer service. Thank you so much ladies!
This is undoubtedly the best hotel in town. It offers a convenient location, excellent facilities, and all the amenities one could need for both short and extended stays. The staff is exceptionally attentive—special thanks to Albert for being so helpful and knowledgeable.
Our stay was not a good experience, the sheets and bedding had a very bad smell and appearance, the hygiene in the room was very poor, terrible service, they don't provide water, what you pay is not worth the extra price for such poor quality of service and dirty.
Impossible to get through to the local number. They want you to use the app for everything, unfortunately the app could not help. The front desk does not answer the phone. While I was there I noticed the phone was ringing and the front desk person ignored it. I guess that’s why I couldn’t get through the day before. 1x put on hold, never came back to the line. 5x rang until the call disconnected. Staff seemed disinterested in their work.
