Staff was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved that I could log in to some of my streaming services on the TV. Kids loved the pool, we loved the gym and free hot breakfast, they always have fresh fruit, cold & hot cereal and make your own waffles and the other dishes change daily. I don't normally eat gluten free but the warm chocolate chip gluten free cookies were divine. The room was awesome. Spacious rooms and great staff . Kids loved the pool and it was close to a shopping center that offered a lot.

Don't come expecting any kind of polished, plush place for your $400/night. This was more on the level of a Comfort Inn. There were none of the amenities you might expect from even a $200/night hotel, not even a business center. I guess Long Island lacks many lodging options, since the place was packed anyway. The indoor pool is nice and a good temperature, but when we were there, the whole floor was wet and slippery. Oh, and the view out our window was horrible.
