Some od the outlets didn't work, but other than that it was great.
The rooms have outdated beds. Just based on comfort. I was dropped from diamond after traveling in February 26 as diamond. Slowly Hilton is starting to lose my support to be honest.
Update: they said they would make it right by giving us some gift cards to the movies and starbucks, and a voucher for a weekend at another hotel. They also said they would replace our food they tossed out. We have only gotten the gift cards, because they gave them us in person. And the movie ones aren't even valid. Staff was friendly, overall was very clean, free breakfast was a plus! My only complaint was that the bed was not super comfortable. We were also supposed to get a queen size bed and I think what we received was a full. Other than that, everything was good!
Front desk agent with dark hair accused us of trying to sneak behind the counter or worse simply because he was not at his post and we could not find him, so I walked around the corner to find someone. Very rude and combative out of nowhere.
