Very convenient to Birming ham and surrounding area. Very safe and nice area. Rooms were very clean, I had the Kingsize and the work area was more than ample. Nice kitchen with fridge. Definitely will use again.
Do not book here!! We will be traveling to Birmingham weekly, but will NEVER book here again We booked several rooms for a business trip. My AirPods and watch charger were stolen. After talking to the front desk several times, they assured me the manager would call. Never happened… Another one of our team members got their cologne stolen… similar story on the lack of follow through for a resolution I was hopeful for a resolution, but the lack of follow through stealing my personal items is concerning. Thieves!!! Do not stay here. We traveled for business and had 7 rooms, 2 of which had AirPods, electronics, and cologne stolen out of the rooms. We told 3 different shift managers, all of which said they would have a region manager call us but didn’t. Dirty, on top of that, the rooms are filthy. The hotel needs new management.
Having just stayed at an AMAZING Home2Home in Santa Rosa Beach, FL- I figured I would stay at another one. This place is the complete opposite of my first experience. Total dump. And nobody was ever at reception either. They’re always sitting behind glass. The hallways, the carpet, the rooms- it felt like more of a Motel 6 than. Hilton.
My family and I stayed at this location the weekend before last; while the hotel was in a good location and the breakfast was good; I can’t say much for the house keeping folks….i found a USED CONDOM in our room on the floor in between the beds. Spoke to the on duty manager and was assured this wasn’t their normal thing. I was also told I’d get a phone call the next day to discuss getting some of my points back that I paid for the room with along with “other accommodations”; finally got the call two days later but missed it.... read more
