Wow!(and not in a good way)… Rue(front desk associate) was the ONLY bright spot of this stay. Someone please hire her away from this declining property!! I’ve stayed here at least 15x over the past 3 years, but over the past year(one visit per quarter), it has spiraled downhill. This past stay(7/8)My room had wet carpets(from being shampooed that day); no big deal, so I just laid down some towels to extract excess moisture….after a few paths over the same area, the towels were brown!!! First I must say- Daniel is the man! He was super thoughtful and caring about the guest needs. He helped me with my existing reservation. Upon check in Rue very professional at its finest. Super hospitable. The front desk clerk- was doing breakfast while attending to guests needs- please get her help- she was amazing!!! lady on the morning of Friday had no help with breakfast but you couldn’t tell- most would have cracked but she had a smile on her face while tending to breakfast and guests needs. I'm a Diamond Club member and have stayed at this property at least 5 times. The staff are very pleasant and their housekeeping crew is doing a good job keeping the exercise room stocked with towels and wipes to clean the equipment, which is important to me. Where they need improvement is their breakfast service. The last two times I've stayed, they have struggled to open at 6am which is when they're supposed to open and a priority to me and a fair number of other guests. Breakfast = Fail. Was this yesterday's leftovers, or just this poorly done all the time? At least you have milk! Pool = Fail, needs chlorine, needs attention Gym = average Room= average, pillows and bed above average Overall, it's okay
