I chose one star only because I can't choose zero! They chipped the paint all over the front of my car and when I talked to the manager, all they did was offer me free car washes. I don't see why anyone would ever take free car washes from them after they damaged the person's car. It's annoying and as I can see from other reviews, other people have also had this issue before. Please share. On 5/13/16 (check your front fenders if you've been to this car wash) One of the employees that drys the cars scratched the newer paint job on both sides of my front fenders with his belt buckle. When I told the manage about it he said that the belts are part of there uniforms (nice response) and took a report. They also scratches the brand new car next to me! Have had many very positive experiences (9 for 10) on 49th street but have had two very bad ones (2 of 2) at new one on 22nd closer to my house. The staff at 22nd are no where near as good as the one's I have seen on 49th... fellow came up this past week... spent about 20 seconds wiping a drop or two...missing hundreds of them ($18 was not any better than lesser priced washes)...asked him if he would get a few more, he spent 15 more seconds and sauntered away...not another car to do... at 49th, if there are 10 cars there, th... read more
On 22nd ace...Their machine read my car tag incorrectly, so with about 5 people sitting behind me I went ahead and paid, figuring that the attend inside would be able to fix it for me....was told they could not give me a credit even though I double paid cause "technically I got what I paid for". Previously I loved this place.
Takes me 20 minutes to clean my car I can go any time for a monthly price of $20 or $35 and $40 staff is great trust me it beats washing it at home and that takes me almost an hour this is so much better they got all ur products u need love it...shoot free vacuum and towels and no rush love it...
Excellent customer service the Manager Scott and staff are very polite and helpful towards your needs, come check them out ,I bought the membership, highly recommended.
