Great car washing service. However a machine broke my shark antenna and they refuse to help out with it. Two employees apparently didnt know that it wasnt covered and apparently there is a sign they didnt know about (including myself) saying its not covered. This is after I was told "No other cars had their antennas break" Go to Pronto on 220 34th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713 that's where I will be going from now on.
Rebuild their wash to eliminate the noise and wash the cars.
Management blames you for THEIR car wash issues and doesn’t take responsibility for THEIR wash. Claims damage is from prior to entering THEIR wash. Two different cars two different drivers, same type of damages. Keep in mind one car was brand new. Use caution when entering the wash on Pinellas Park.
I came to the car wash today after noon and spoke to an assistant manager. She was very helpful, friendly and I highly recommend this car wash over any I have been to from the service
Went thru the wash today and saw that the brushes never touched any side windows. The guy helping wipe down the vehicles said that the left brush was broke. lol Both brushes never touched my truck. The back brush never cleaned the rear of the SUV either. I ended up cleaning the windows and wiping down the back myself. Shouldn't be taking folks money if equipment is broke.
