The shammys leave a haze of streaks on your car. Soap isn't getting rinsed off most the time. Pay attention to what you pay for because the rollers and soap donr spray all the time. It use to be a great place but the staff just doesn't care anymore. You keep seeing someone posting they care but if they did it wouldn't be the same complaints a year later. Fire your service management team and get some really good people in there. Mark you are right there's car washes going up 2 just on 66th St. We will see if they are better
This car wash has really fallen aparr. Employees horse playing instead of helping people and the newest management are jokes when you have an issue. Looking forward to another going elsewhere.
