They were good rental management company. When anything broke and you let them know they were there to fix it. The ones that replace them for us are horrible and don't do anything.

I had a great experience with Home Sweet Home Rentals. I needed a place to live fast. They were responsive, helpful and professional. They did an excellent job managing my needs as well as the owners. I would recommend them to renters and owners.

So I've read some of the reviews below and I cannot speak for anyone else but I can say that my wife and I had a great experience with Don and Andi. We were married 3 years ago and our first home was rented from Home Sweet Homes. Unfortunately, 6 months into our 12 month lease we had to move because my wife got very very sick. I called and spoke with Andi and she was great, worked with us and helped us out quite a bit. I doubt they remember us now but they were wonderful to work with.

I wish I could give zero stars. When Andie first called us back (after leaving a message saying they don't return calls if properties are taken, who does that?!) my phone cut out so I asked, "Oh, is this Andi?" and she responded "That's what I said!" I set an appointment. She told me she would call 30 minutes prior to confirm. Extremely rude. When it was 15 minutes before my appt I decided to call her and confirm since she hadn't called yet.
