We had a great install refacing our fireplace and 2 services to get our units working well. We fired it up and after we began to talk, forgetting they were on, we started getting really warm. Since we don’t have blinds we thought it was due to that but then realized we had the unit on still. 😂😂 In less than 5 minutes the temp rose by 4 degrees. The units are working and we’re glad we got the fireplace looking and working great! Thank you to the installers and sales team for getting us ready to live in this space.
They provided excellent service and were so respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and protecting all surfaces with drops. On time, courteous, I am very impressed

They installed a gas insert in our old fireplace about 2 years ago. Did a very professional job at the time and came out last week for its annual service. Still a very professional job.
I had the best experience with this company. I received a text with the technicians name and time of arrival on the estimate day and the scheduled day of work. Professional and polite .
Went into the store twice trying to get prices and to pick out a fireplace with a client. One person in the store that wasn’t a salesperson. I called and left messages, which I did not receive a call back.
