I was interested in renting an apartment they were leasing out and after answering many questions, I was told I could see it in a few days. They informed me that they would get back to me to let me know when I could meet them there. Unfortunately, they never bothered to call me back. Needless to say, I decided to rent elsewhere. I wouldn't hire them to rent out apartments!
Found a perfect home for my wife and I. it was thanks to Charles Howard. He was professional and help us out a lot since we are a first time buyer. I would Recommend Charles Howard as a realtor if you need someone to help searching for home either as a first time buyer or just shopping for a home in general.
Albina Sousa was the listing agent on a home we were about to purchase. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and aggressive to us throughout the process. She hovered over us throughout our inspection. Our inspection revealed a large amount of asbestos and, when we wanted to start a conversation about removing it, she was aggressive and misleading to us.
