Homepointe has held my hand through some rough times as a landlord. Their entire staff is responsive and I believe the company has integrity.

I rented from them and it went pretty well. They had lots of available properties that were priced about right. The one I chose was newer and clean. I found it on Craigslist. Have not any any problems so far.

Great – Working with Homepointe has been a great and has been conflict free. Working with James Safonov has also been great and very informative with passing on information about the property. He has also been very quick with his decisions and we hope to continue to work with him in the future.

My experience with Homepoint over the past 2 months has been outstanding. All of the Hommepointe personnel who I have worked with have been extremely attentive and responsive. My wife and I were interested in a specific property to rent and the agent responsible for this property, James Safonvov, responded very quickly and thoroughly to our inquiries.

Enjoyable experience – Experience so far has been an enjoyable one. Mike is great proactively communicating any needs/requests and is sympathetic to any issues with the homeowner. Really makes you feel like you are being taken care of.
