This is absolutely THE worst experience I have ever had. They treat you like you are trash OR totally ignore you. I've left at least (no lie) 16 emails and 7 voice mails and I have yet to get a return call or email. The one time I got hold of a real person was the reception person and she almost seemed to go out of her way to treat you like an inconvenience. Extremely Professional – Alex was extremely professional, very concerned about making sure the job was done to our satisfaction and was very polite. He did a very good job and the end result looks wonderful.
