Fast, Easy, Reliable, and Knowledgeable!! Easiest real-estate transaction from selling to buying!! James listed my house and had it sold within two weeks. I had 18 showings and 6 offers. He then showed me over 40 houses in just a few times going out. We found the house made the offer and closed within two weeks of selling my first house. It was turkey a stress free experience.

Blake is literally the best agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond working with the seller to negotiate everything down to the furniture. He even worked around my work schedule down to the closing making sure he was available early morning and late evenings so I didn’t need to take days off. I give this man 10 stars and he has absolutely earned my loyalty for my future business.

Ivana was amazing. After another realtor in the area let us down after moving 1200 miles, she was quick to show us around and find the best fit for our growing family. This woman is amazing ! Such attention to every detail, you would be cheating yourself not using Ivana for all your real estate needs . I actually went to Gold Coast Real Estate school and was contemplating getting my license, and I can tell you Ivana get 5 stars !She worked hard to find me the area and price range that I wanted, and updated me with anything new that came up almost daily. Ivana is absolutely amazing. I've rented and bought houses in Orlando. Never have I ever dealt with such a professional, hardworking person. She was there every step of the way to help my family. Ivana was absolutely incredible. We are only seasonal renters, so properties were already hard to find. She worked around the clock to find us a place that fit our needs. She was also available pretty much whenever we needed her, responding to emails and texts within minutes. When we encountered some problems she was our biggest advocate and made sure everything was in order and that had nothing to worry about. Anyone would be lucky to have her assist them in their search for a home!
