The entire staff of Home Instead in Columbus, Ohio/Granville deserves five gold stars. The Care Pros/aides and administrative staff are competent, compassionate, outstanding, and eager to help. They go the extra-mile and are so encouraging and supportive. They have my brother's best interest at heart and he likes them so much. From Tina C., the client care coordinator; to Esther, and April, the Care Pros; and Holly and Rona in the office, every dollar spent is absolutely worth the excellent and kind care provided.

We have used Home Instead for a number of years to assist my 90-something mother at various levels of need, and there cannot be a better company out there. Their management, attention to detail, follow-up, communication, and most importantly, caregivers such as Susie and Janet who not only do a great job with their tasks, but always go above and beyond, have become part of the family--their heartfelt caring for mom and her well-being is amazing!

We used Home Instead to hire what we thought was going to be a trusted Care Professional to assist our Mom in her home. Instead, our Mom was exploited and taken advantage of. Home Instead failed to follow through with multiple policies and procedures they have in place to protect its clients and now our Mom is left with both the emotional and financial repercussions.
