There are a lot of home care companies popping up, but I have never seen such care and professionalism as I have with my recent experience with Home Instead Oakville. From the great staff ( mostly dealt with the amazing Claudia ) to the owner, they are a caring and courteous group. The owner really took a hands n and empathetic approach and clearly understands what people and families are going I am so thankful to have been helped by such an wonderful group
I have a deep appreciation for the Home Instead Oakville team. They have found exceptional care companions for my father for the past 4 years. His ever changing health issues that included dementia were well supported. As the daughter, I sometimes called in tears from the ER and found empathy and support in their staff (Michelle ). You all have incredible hearts. Their caregivers are lovely, well trained and continue to learn how to support seniors. I highly recommend!
