We were very happy with the care provided by Home Instead to my father as he recovered from an accident. Jessica the Service Manager was extermely responsive and compassionate. Home Instead employ some excellent caregivers who were kind, professional, and dependable.
I cannot say enough good things about Home Instead in St Catherines, They have been doing 24/7 care of my mother while she was waiting for LTC,Jessica the manager was so great she went out of her way to make sure everything was covered, along with the amazing Alysha the Team Lead Nurse she trained all of her PSW's how to properly administer all of my mom's meds and insulin and meticulously record blood sugars and to how to recognize when blood sugars start to trend down and rectify that before it comes a issue!! This company cared for my husband, that was diagnosed with dementia, for many months. All the caregivers are very professional and punctual. Communication with the company's management is excellent; they always answer the phone and the emails. When they create a service plan, they always take your preferences into account and adapt to your needs. They are very punctual. The caregivers care for my husband with great patience, love, and affection, which makes him feel like a member of the family. My husband really loves them.
I needed emergency PSW care for my dad and Jess at HomeInstead was able to provide just that on short notice. The PSW was kind, professional and gave me updates several times throughout the day. I definitely recommend using HomeInstead .
