Would highly recommend the Temecula Home Instead team! Truly listened to my mom's wishes and needs and made it happen during her journey on hospice. From Tracey and Erin who cared for her each night to Jordan who sang and read to her a last request book to Sharon who turned her and enjoyed her evening shows with her...I cannot say enough about them. Christine and Dee...your team is amazing
I really like receiving help from Home Instead for my grown son who had a stroke. The caregiver Karen is exceptional, very personable, and kind and I believe has helped him overcome his depression. Truly professional and dedicated, and so is the front office. They always call and check if everything is alright and if I need anything.
I've been working with them for a year. I love the women in the office, I appreciate that they care for patients and us the caregivers, I enjoy going to work every shift. The communication is open, honest, and forthright by all. I especially like the umbrella of protection Im provided by the company, I'm licensed, bonded, I receive on time pay with out the drama, I don't have to negotiate my salary, or having to go through the process of vetting my next patients, they do all that for me.
