In the last 3 months we have been using Home Instead for my mom. Home Instead has been a life safer for my family. I've also used them in the past for my mother in law. I needed immediate home care for my mom and Home Instead responded quickly in aiding us with 24/7 home care for my mom. All staff have been extremely helpful. Lucas is an excellent caregiver in all ways! He has a strong work ethic and is attentive to my needs. Lucas is reliable and dependable and on time. Lucas is a very safe driver. He does my laundry, cooks and cleans for me. We run errands together. Lucas has many terrific qualities. We have received wonderful care from all the home health aides. We appreciate the flexibility in accommodating our needs and time schedule. Anna has been with us 1 year. She anticipates our needs. In addition to household help and personal care she helps with the physical exercises. The helpers are caring and go above and beyond. This is not just “a job” for them.
