Untrained caregivers. One reorganized drawers without permission. One allowed a fall. One served water based soup when there was real food available. One did nothing without specific directions. Would definitely not recommend.
Emma, Ryan, and Alex as well all the staff at Home Instead have been very helpful, pleasant, and professional in scheduling and providing quality home health care services for my elderly relative. A solid thumbs up!
