I don’t know what my parents would do without Miss Pat from Home Instead. She is a blessing to us all. She’s always on time with a smiling face and helps us out so much. She is a lovely person and a wonderful caregiver!!
The facility is good, clean, the staff are doing great, they always make sure the client is well taken care and the caregiver is also comfortable for the shift.
Terrible! They are demeaning and want to force loved ones into a bed to handle like an infant. Better to go to facility that wants to work on regaining strength not putting them away to whither.
Home Instead took care of sitter needs for my husband. The sitters were very nice and helpful. Scheduler was very helpful. Will use them again when needs arise.
