From the initial visit with George we felt at ease and in good hands, very professional. He explained everything and actually listened to our needs. Kim was able to find us someone at the last minute who Dad liked and could laugh with. xxxxxx is a FABULOUS companion and engages dad in conversations. She gives me peace of mind knowing that he is taken care of and not left alone when I can't be there. I know he is in good hands and will stay safe.
We use Home Instead for my parents care. They have been responsive & very helpful. My parents really love Tiki & wish she could be with them everyday! A local facility helping those we love live in their own homes is a breath of fresh air!
Once we finally got everything lined up, it's been awesome and my parents really like their caregiver! This is the way to go when your parents are not interested in trying area assisted living facilities! At least I know they're getting some assistance. Must note that this all started at the time of the storms that wrecked our cities, followed by a second one!
Home Instead provides compassionate professional care for my mother, substantially augmenting the care she receives at her assisted living facility. I never have to worry that she's in good hands when Home Instead is scheduled to be with her.
