We had a great experience with Home Instead helping care for my wife. The caregivers were friendly, dependable, and treated her with kindness. Communication was good, and it was reassuring to know she was in good hands. We appreciated the support and would recommend Home Instead to others looking for in-home care.

Non stop issues, untrained staff, no acknowledgement of issues. Hygiene issues, personal care doesnt know how to clean genitals properly. Last straw was when staff decided to clean my bathroom with laundry detergent, causing me a severe allergic reaction, LAUGHED AT ME, and then it caused a seizure. Not one single acknowledgement from the company. They didn't even warn their staff that im disabled, autistic and often non verbal and have seizures. I begged for months for help.

Had hip surgery and at last minute no one to pick me up at hospital and stay overnight. Home Instead rescued me and drove me home, got meds, decifered my meds, prepped meals and tucked me in and stayed awake all night. I felt safe, looked after and so relieved that this company was out there for me!! Thank you team! You’re great! 🤗

Home Instead was there for my mother from the first phone call. Their fast, caring, competent response during a difficult time for our family was an immeasurable help! My mother looked forward to her “girls” coming every day, and we will never forget the kind, professional help.
