Be patient even after you find things not what you thought it would be get fixed if you can
The inspector arrived to the home an hour ahead of schedule to inspect the outside of the home. The inspector did a thorough job explaining everything as we walked around the outside and inside of the house. He was well informed and very professional.
My inspector did a through job he was hard working and detailed. I know we don't use the trendiest vinyl floor tiles but because we rent to new tenants often, we usually changes the tiles, paint and repair the apartments frequently, so even though the property is very old, I doubt that there is any asbestos as was reported Also, the smoke alarm only consistently makes a beeping sound when it needs the battery changed and he tried to convince after he examined it and it started beeping that I just didn't realize that it alway... read more
