He showed up early to the appointment. He was easy to contact and followed up with us prior and after the appointment. We received the inspection report the day of the inspection. It was thorough and detailed. Highly recommended.

Customer was negotiating with sellers about the roof and wanted me to go back to take more pictures of the roof. We offer re inspections however the client wanted it for free. The property was an hour away from my office, and I offered a fair price to him but he did not want to pay. I have no negative feedback except this over zealous client who threatened me with negative feedback if I did not do it for him....
