Austin was great - super thorough and very professional. He patiently answered our follow up questions. Would definitely recommend!
Hired them 3 times so far for two separate properties that I was looking to purchase. Inspection for first property revealed a lot of mold damage and water damage. 2nd property revealed roof and attic damage. Had to rehire Asem from Expert Home Inspectors as seller did not half-fixed the roof and attic.
My inspector was Austin, he was absolutely wonderful with my home inspection. Very detailed didn t miss anything. Without his assistance I would have purchased a real money pit!!
