To be fair they inspected a place I'm selling. Inspector says dryer connection not done right. Said it didn't have hard black pipe, it did, or shut off valve, it did. The only flex line was from pipe to dryer. Had to hire a plumber to say, yep, it's done right and they are wrong. Not only wrong but crazy wrong. Then you say my oven didn't work. I checked, it does, maybe he didn't know how to turn it on. Then he says AC doesn't work. It's working right now and has all summer. People even said it got to cold in my house. I don... read more
Very knowledgeable home inspectors, but the lack of communication is unacceptable for any business in this day and age.
I attended an interesting and informative CE course on Inspections for real estate closings and also for pre-listing situations. I highly recommend their 3 hour courses.
I can't say enough wonderful things about them!! I get great feedback from my buyer clients!! The inspector sits down before the inspection and explains the entire process before he even starts. He tries hours best to ease the clients mind and make their experience relaxing! As the Realtor on the transaction, the report is clear, easy to read and they are assessable to answer any questions or concerns you may have!!
