I worked with Mike. He replied very quickly, was able to meet in 2 days following my request, and was also enormously patient through a couple of onsite hickups. Absolutely recommend.

Phil the owner personally came out to inspect 2 properties that I was potentially purchasing. He went above and beyond what an inspector would normally do. He pointed out things that I wouldn't have normally noticed and I am a very detailed oriented person. The prices were reasonable also. I would recommend this company to anyone.
