This was a very thorough inspection, and even my father in law who came with me commented on how he had never had such a thorough inspection in all the houses he's bought. We loved working with Tim, he was very knowledgable and courteous when we asked questions and explained what he was looking at and any concerns he was finding. Prior to starting the inspection, he walked us through the scope of his services and detailed his approach and the items he would examine. The inspector, Mr Mascarenas, was very professional and was very generous in allotting time to explain the inspection process and what it specifically covered, what it did not cover, and (most importantly) the reasons behind it all. He also took time to explain why some findings are basically just to make a record of condition, some findings are for discussion between the buyer and seller, and why some of the findings really should be corrected sooner as opposed to later. Worked with this inspection company last week (July 3rd) and couldn't have been more impressed. The inspector they sent was very professional, very thorough and extremely detailed. He went through the report with me step by step and explained items that I should focus on and items they see all the time. The report I was issued was very nice and easy to read / use. I would rate this company as 5 stars and would highly recommend them. Their price was fair and value was tremendous!

Had a fantastic experience with an inspector named Jay at this firm. Was available by mobile phone the entire inspection, gave special attention to some aspects of the home that we were concerned about, and showed an incredible attention to detail throughout. I honestly don't know if i'll ever read the report cover to cover as it was just too much and i have the attention span of a fruit fly, but if you're looking for a thorough job, these guys were great.
