A big thank you goes to A big thank you goes to Chase McCall! He did an excellent job very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to go in the attic and walk the rafters to find any issues. He checked the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and all appliances. We reported to the new homebuilder the roof issues found, the gas range issues found and others. Thanks again Chase and HIC.

Great job. Very thorough. We attended the inspection and they gave a nice presentation at the end with lots of tips on maintenance going forward. We had our report with pictures and documentation the next day.

Without exception, every report is beautifully illustrated digitally and very easy to comprehend. I tend to use Scott Walker the most (he's the best inspector in all of Charlotte). We are buying our first home in Charlotte, NC, but we live in a different state. We did an offer for a house, thanks to the inspection done by Home Inspection Carolina, we found many issues that the seller try to hide. They safe us from make a real mistake. I love how Ryan Pigg our inspector, took the time to explain us, his inspection report; we were on phone for more that an hour and he resolved all our questions. So we back up from the deal.
