I have loved working on the therapy team at Home Helpers. The management and staff at this company are very supportive of my needs as an employee. The other members of the therapy team are top-notch and are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend employment with this company to anyone.
As much as I love working with clients and/or residents. When I was hired, I was not told what my hourly wage would be, nor was any other benefits discussed. I know you want employees, but you must take care of the employees first. Make sure they know all the expectations and all information of being an employee.
They will fire you for absolutely no reason at all. The partnership that didn't work was on the end of the company. They aren't even professional enough to let you know if they have an issue with your performance. They just don't call you to work.
