I worked for Home Helpers for 3 years before I retired. Its a great company to work for. Janet Dean the owner is very nice. Before working for home helpers I worked for many home health care agencies in ohio and in Florida and Home Helpers is the best company I have ever worked for. If I ever decide to go back to work I will go back there.
I’ve worked for Home Helpers for 18 months. I loved it there. They worked around my appointments when I hurt my foot and when I was pregnant. They do care about their caregivers, and listens to them. When I was pregnant and they put me in an environment I shouldn’t be in and I told them as soon as I saw my schedule they took me out. They’re family oriented and try to work with the caregivers, and they care so much about the clients and listen to them. Best company I have worked for by far. I love my job and love what I do. I'm so thankful for getting the opportunity to join the Home Helpers family!
Worse company I have ever worked for. Quality of training is poor. Owner does not care about caregiver's or clients as long as she gets paid. I would recommend this company to anyone.
