The screwed me over real good! They made me do over 50 hours of “paid training”. I never got paid for it! I did all of it and never got paid! All because they told me I was going to be paid for my training still but when they called me back they told me I’m not going to be paid because “I just wanted a quick check”. They also made it a problem that I found out I was pregnant and I could not do the job. I would NEVER recommend this place!!

I love working at Home Helpers because I love knowing what I do makes a difference. I love my clients. I work out of the Hillsboro office and Lisa is awesome. She really cares about her caregivers and the clients.
I currently work for Home Helpers in Hillsboro and let me tell you that I absolutely love my job. I love working with the clients that I work with. My clients are amazing people and I wouldn't give up this job for anything. Also I love the fact that if you have any concerns what so ever all of our management team is here for you and will help you in anyway possible. So if you are currently looking for a job come to Home Helpers and don't worry if you don't have any experience we train.
Don’t recommend to work for. They’ll fire you for having to take your child to the urgent care. They don’t train you worth a crap. I went in with no experience and my second day on the job was left alone to a sponge bath a client after never doing a sponge bath before. Laura in the Chillicothe office will find you on Facebook to harass you after doing so over messages.

I have been working for Home Helper's for over 4 years. I am grateful and blessed to be working for an agency that cares for the client's and the caregivers. All the office staff in Chillicothe, Waverly and Hillsboro are kind, thoughtful,caring and understanding. There isn't another agency or healthcare facility that I would rather work for. We are a team and take care of our client's.
