She not only clarified short and long term needs, but also referred to providers most appropriate for the care that I need now. Mandy has outstanding explanations of the Home Helpers Home Care services, and put me at ease in making a good decision prior to my upcoming post- hospitalization needs. This team is not only professional but also SUPER caring. Their care is felt not only by the patient they are helping but also by the family members who might be involved. They do an excellent job at all levels and that includes the tremendous communications they provide to all involved. I see your response and as you recall, we did discuss our concerns earlier but I didn't realize how bad the situation truly was. My 98 year old mother told me later that if she complained, she felt she would have been left alone which was completely unfounded but it was her fear. I saw glimpses of a "less than kind side" to the aid but I dismissed it as, "a bad day." Then, when I was informed on a Monday that the aid put a band aid a "minor cut that didn't even bleed.
