Janice is very unprofessional, made it difficult to communicate information that needed to be shared. Extremely unfortunate experience
I plan on calling Department of Health. My mother's CNA left her at a doctor's appointment, verbally abused my mother, and leaves red marks on my mother from scrubbing too hard when washing; and now it is my mother's fault. I have never seen a homecare place that lets their employees get away with so much. Oh and the CNA has had multiple complaints and just so happens to be great friends with the boss.....Hmmm seems like a win for the CNA and a horrible loss for their clients!!! Run far from this company!
I was robbed by my aid Roxanne Dove when I came home from the hospital. I made a report with the police and nursing placement did nothing. Then they discharged me with no warning and I was left without an aid. Stay as far away from Nursing Placement as you can.
they seem to think they're a gang or something, not the way to treat patients or their family
