My nurse Amy is Amazing 👏 and super funny also very knowledgeable and willing to help with anything I ask. She goes above and beyond for me! Pleasure to have been able to work with her.
Home visiting nurse just ups and disappeared we giving no info. A one time fill in said something about medical leave but we were not given a call. When I called I was promised that this Friday July 24th we would get a phone call for a visit that would be given to take care of their patients foot and we have heard nothing. Now no one answers the phone. Worst experience of our lives.
Terrible company to have caring for your relatives. Nursing coordinators are rude, CNA coordinators RUDE especially KAREN BROWN. There answer to everything is a D/C… If you love your family do not send them to this place. I rather much give a 0 star
This company completely left me in the lurch. They couldn’t find my referral even though they confirmed with me that they had received it. They told me to “be optimistic!” that they could help me and then they just… didn’t. They also waited until after getting my referral to check if they took my insurance, and they never even told me if they could or not.
