I’m very happy with Horse and Chaise! This is my 3rd year with them.
Horse and Chaise has handled the renting of our condo for 3 months each winter for the past four years, while we travel in SE Asia. Being half way around the world makes it imperative that they handle every issue that comes up with our tenants and communicate those issues to us in a timely manner. They have done a competent and efficient job on both accounts allowing us to vacation without worry knowing our tenants are in good hands. I’ve used Horse and Chaise for 3 years and they are very good. Not the cheapest, but they do a very good job and I have a happy tenant !
We have used Horse & Chaise for our Florida rental for the past five years. Each time we have had an issue or a problem with our condo, Horse & Chaise has been there with prompt personal service. We couldn’t ask more out of a real estate agent.
I worked with them for 3 years. Totally hassle free. They handled everything and being 1,000 miles away that was very important. I would definitely work with them again.
