I initially used some other property management companies for my Venice property. Their performance was less than stellar. Once I found Horse and Chaise, I was immediately struck by their level of professionalism. I've now been using their service for 15 years and am quite pleased to recommend them to my own clients and friends. The reason is simple--they're very good at what they do.

Very Knowledgeable about current rental rates and also the whole staff are very personable and helpful. Stopped into the office recently and spoke with Heather who I had only spoke to on the phone previously and she was very helpful
I was hoping to look and rent a home that they have listed and when they txt me all they said was that they show houses M-F 9-4. This must not be a reliable company since they will not work with you to schedule a later time. Not everyone has those kind of work hours. Some people have to work for a living. So if you plan to rent from this company please think twice cause if they do that now what will they be capable to do in the future while your renting from them.
We have used Horse and Chaise for 17 years and they are first rate in all they do. We have had consistent rentals and when we need special work done to our condo the contractors they recommend are also professional and well qualified. We don’t live in the area so it’s great having our condo in their capable hands.
