Hi Janet. We contacted you several times about your door and also came to your home to inspect it. The door is not defective but was extremely badly taken care of and looks as if someone tried to break in. It was then filled with a substance that we have never seen before. We submitted this door for warranty replacement and the manufacture said the same thing. We did still offer to sell you a replacement door for half off which we never heard back on.
