The service we received from Home Case Assistance of Victoria for our 95 year old mom that just came home from the hospital was amazing. The care provider was kind, loving, attentive and very careful with our very weak mother. They tended to her every need from incontinence, to feeding, to bathing and providing comfort. Without Home Care Assistance we could not have brought mom home from the hospital where she was able to spend her final days at home to pass in her own bed. What a gift Home Care Assistance was to our family.

Home Care Assistance Victoria was contracted to provide home care for me, a T4 spinal cord injury patient. They have been providing my care twice a day since my discharge from G F Strong Rehabilitation Cente on July 16, 2021. Late on the afternoon of Wednesday August 25th, business owner Lutgarda Mariano left a voicemail message for my occupational therapist advising her that she would be terminating my home care services effective this coming Sunday afternoon, August 29th.
