This is the second time we have booked staff from TheKey to assist in caring for our Dad, who is now 100 years old. From the initial encounter, we have been met with kindness, understanding and efficiency from the staff both in the office and in the field. We have had PSW support both during the nights as well as on day shifts. Caring for a patient with symptoms of dementia and combativeness is a daunting prospect. The Key caregivers we have had the lucky pleasure to care for our mother have been absolutely wonderful. Without their compassion, care, energy, initiative and kindness our mom would not have experienced the life she has over the last 18 months. I enjoyed working for TheKey- formerly Home Care Assistance, I loved being a PSW.Idon’t have an issue with the company. I love going to work everyday with no complaints, all my clients are awesome loving people to give care to. The staff are very supportive, caring helpful and respectful, don’t see myself working with another company I’m very happy where I’m now.
