I was very pleased with bret's inspection and all the time he took to go over his findings. He gave me a good picture of the house and that it just needed some repairs and was a house worth owning.
The company was able to get into our house quickly to complete the inspection. We were moving from out of state and they walked through the property with our realtor in person and myself on the phone. I feel they were thorough and honest. I'd use hem again for sure!
