I recently had HBP do a home inspection for me. I was very happy when Alex said he is very picky when he inspects houses. Excellent experience. Dominic was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. His explanations were thorough, yet understandable. He even noted items which were not a problem, but to keep an eye on (particular roof angles which might possibly form ice dams). Recommend this company and would use again.
Very Professional and very thorough. Mike took time in explaining what he was able to inspect and what I appreciated the most was his knowledge and items that made need further addressing. This helped shape the discussion with the seller of the home making the process much easier. I would definitely recommend Home Buyers Protection to conduct any house inspection.
Quite a few items were missed on my home inspection that I'm now having to deal with. The inspector was nice, but I'm not that impressed with the service provided.
