Bret did a great job outlining safety issues and other things that will need to be addressed. We were able to get some repairs paid for by the current owners. I would never buy a house without an inspection and would use Home Buyers and Bret again.
Dominic did a great job for us, he was very detailed and walked us through the house explaining the issues he found in ways that we could easily understand and gave really helpful advice on how to fix those problems. I found his expertise to be really beneficial to understanding what I should tackle first, and what problems could wait until I had time to get to them. Will definitely use you guys again in the future!

Very thorough. Did a great job walking us through the inspection report. We ended up negotiating for several thousand dollars worth of repairs to be done on our new home before closing. Well worth the cost of an inspection.
