I just had an appliance done by Dr. Schleicher for TMJ and after one week of wearing this appliance I don't have these huge knots behind by ears and behind my head from grinding my teeth all night! The appliance took only 2 nights to get use to but I don't grind my teeth all night long anymore!!! Dr. Schleicher is so personal and even took time to email me the first day I met him and the entire staff is wonderful. He's not my regular dentist but if I lived closer to him I'm sure he would be! Root Canal - I was a nervous wreck b/c who likes anyone digging around their mouth. Anyway I've found this office on this website as a matter of fact, and what appealed to me was their light sedative during the procedure. Worked like a charm. Definitely recommend them. I still need to go back for the crown. Also want to mention that he went as far as putting a temp cap/filling? on a different a different tooth to stave off another costly root canal procedure until i can get enough funds to get that one taken care of as well.... read more

I was in some pain due to a back tooth that was screaming at me. I called Dr. Schleicher's office and got an appointment at 2PM that Monday. I arrived 90 minutes early. They were great and got me back to a room to help get me comfortable. I had a root canal early that afternoon. Dr. Parker and his assistant were great!! It was a stressful time, but they did a terrific job and I appreciated the follow-up calls and finishing touches the following Monday. I am a patient of Dr. Schleicher and I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Schleicher is the best of the best! After not having been to a dentist for many years (approximately 10 years) I needed alot of dental work. Sleep sedation dentistry is the way to go. I needed a deep cleaning, root canal, crown and 5 fillings done. This would have consisted of 4 to 5 regular appointments. I've had three crowns and two cleanings done at Schleicher Dental. Through the years, I've been very disappointed with the different dentists I've visited. Some of those experiences have been extremely traumatizing (e.g. dentists who fail to get you numb but insist on proceeding with your root canal!). I was a person who had worn down my front teeth over time. My original dentist recommended grinding down my existing teeth and placing caps on top of the existing roots. I did not want to endure this type of pain just because my teeth were thinning. Dr. Christopher Read at Schleicher-Read Clinic suggested using porcelain veneers (Lumineers) and he also recommended lengthening my teeth back to their original length. I have been a patient of Dr. Hans Schleicher since he first started practicing dentistry in 1979. I have always been treated with extreme kindness and professionalism by the dentists and the great staff at Schleicher Dental Group.
