I was here on the 23rd & and it was busy but everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. I was pleased. All staff from the beginning until the end were extremely professional and courteous
This hospital is awesome the people that work there really care....Roberta in day stay is the best ,when i go for my infusion she is just amazing from start to finish, such positive energy � Then theres John who gives his time to make people there comfortable with conversation and coffee too !
Outstanding medical facility with a staff that is second to none!!! Roberta, the charge nurse in short term surgery, is the best nurse ever, bar none!
El trato es excelente, pero la espera es demasiado. Creo q es donde tienen q mejorar. Si ya te cogen los vitales, ten un médico en el cubículo y no hagan a cada persona a esperar de más. Esa es mi recomendaciones.
Para mi la atendencia es la mejor y la cortesía q te dan las enfermeras es 100 pert ciento

Had foot surgery yesterday. The desk staff , nurses and doctor were amazing . They were all friendly , prompt and informative . Not to mention when it was time to be discharged- boom � Done ! Top notch in my book!
Wait time is great , about 15 minutes to an hour tops ,the nurses and doctors are right there if you need anything never had to ring for help and never feel like a inconvenience to any staff member, .i drive past baystate and mercy to get there, its well worth it
I love the hospital and the nurse's they were so good to me you no who y'all are !!!!
