The service is terrible, no one says anything while we've been waiting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 fucking hours, about to loose my shit, worried for my loved one and no one can tell me anything, been here for the same reason 2 times prior this month and we could see the loved one, this time? Nothing, not even a update if they are doing tests, stabilizing them, or even if they're fucking breathing.
Excelente atención mi esposo esta muy bien atendido, todo el personal de Médicos y enfermeras y administrativo nos hecho sentir muy confortables. Muchas holy Name Hospital.
Worst service ever the head Nurse on duty Elaina was very disrespectful and really needs to rethink working with people.
It has been a wonderful experience! My daughter gave birth yesterday at the hospital and I could have not asked for a better birth! Everyone was so sweet to us and quickly became part of our little family!! Highly recommended! I too was born in Holy Name 48 years ago!
I love holy name hospital my hospital of choice used to be Hackensack but past few years I was misdiagnosed and sent home besides the hours of wait time !! Holy name is so fast friendly and everyone is so caring! My new choice of hospital is holy name for my family since July 2016!!
